Cormorant, on the Old Pier
Cormorants, Barnacle State Park, Florida. I had wandered through the park to where the land meets the ocean and I was greeted by these Cormorants standing on the remains of an old pier. To get this image I was lying prone so they would be in line with my sight. A cute little dog kept jumping in the water, and then coming over to me to share in its joy. Needless to say, I was pretty wet by the time I finished this session. I decided to add a softer glow to the image to give it more of an ethereal feel.
